A net for your assets
In order to provide a single source
for all content, Media Mogul captures
new content as soon as it’s created or
received. System robots seek out and
capture these new assets from FTP,
shared folders and by stripping out
attachments from emails – all this
is done automatically.
Based on your business rules, metadata
is mapped to your database, asset
visibility is decided, and the appropriate
people are notified that the assets
have arrived. Media Mogul then keeps
track as the creative process develops.

select, create, review, and finally
publish new content.
Media Mogul’s workflow tools allow
you to impose a flexible structure
your workflow processes. You decide

each asset in every layout you need
so you don’t have to. An up-to-the-minute dashboard always shows
you everything needed to complete

Use the tools you love
Media Mogul Workflow integrates
seamlessly with the creative and
publishing software you already
use, including InDesign, Illustrator,
Photoshop, QuarkXPress, Acrobat,
Word and so on. Using Plug-ins for Creative Suite and XTensions for QuarkXPress, you
can drag content from Media Mogul
straight into your layout, maximising
your efficiency.
Media Mogul keeps track of the
assets you’ve used as they progress
through the workflow. And full
version control means you can easily
revert back to any earlier version.
It’s flexible, too. If you edit copy
in your layouts, Media Mogul
synchronises the copy in your
database so it’s the same as
what’s been issued.
Repetitive processes like high
resolution image replacement can
be automated. When it comes to
final PDF or print output, the
correct versions of all your files
are assembled for you.
Media Mogul is easily integrated –
the Web Services Interface uses XML
to communicate assets and metadata
with other applications and websites.
