(Senior) Software Engineers - Java - up to Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced software engineer with at least two years, and ideally more, Java coding experience. You will probably have a good degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science or similar, and have spent at least 3 and up to 10 years in a commercial software engineering environment. For a Team Leader role, you must have managed teams and have design experience also.

(Senior) Software Engineers - C++
We are seeking an experienced software engineer with at least two years, and ideally more, C++ coding experience. You will probably have a good degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science or similar, and have spent at least 3 and up to 10 years in a commercial software engineering environment.

Project Manager
We need an extra project manager to join our team working with existing customers and to deliver new systems to new customers. This is a varied customer-facing role, taking projects through from sale to implementation, and throughout the system lifecycle. The role involves business analysis, specifications development, coordination of customer and Picdar resources, implementation support, general project planning and customer relationship management. It requires a blend of strong analytic and interpersonal skills, combined with an appreciation of project management principles. Experience of on-line or print publishing is an advantage, as is some exposure to software development.
